Find the corners of any parcel
Search by street address or Assessor's Parcel Number. You'll get plotted corner coordinates, edge bearings and distances, the highlighted perimeter, and a KML you can open in Google Earth or carry into the field on your phone.
Covering San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange and Kern counties in California, plus Mohave County, Arizona.
Most raw land has no street address — search a neighbor's address, then use Identify by map click on the map to tap the parcel you actually want.

Taking this into the field
- Download the KML and import it at Google My Maps. It then appears on your phone under Google Maps → Saved → Maps, with your live GPS dot over the corners.
- Or tap a corner's Maps link in the table, then choose walking directions to navigate straight to it.
- Search a 20–30 ft radius at each pin for capped rebar, iron pipe, chiseled X, or a survey nail. Phone GPS runs 10–16 ft in open desert, and county parcel lines can sit 5–30 ft off record position.
- Walk each line using the bearing and distance table so you can see where fences, driveways, and graded pads diverge from the boundary.
- Log easements and encroachments — overhead power alignments, guy anchors, utility markers, dirt access roads, drainage, and any structure crossing a line. Photograph and drop a pin on each.
